Our program is a semi-annual maintenance plan for your heating and air conditioning system. Doctor Cool HVAC Energy Savings Agreement includes 2 Precision tune-ups a year with a 40 point inspection, cleaning of the equipment both inside and outside, cleaning of the drain pan and drain line to avoid potential water damage, and an overall system evaluation.
The annual cost for the energy savings agreement is $150/year for the first unit and $75/year for each additional unit at the same residential location. This includes both the spring and fall start up. You will also receive 10% off any needed repair or equipment replacement.
